Receptionist/Office Clerk at MARC Inc.

Job Description

The Office Clerk/Receptionist shall have responsibility for providing clerical support for the central MARC office. Usual work hours shall normally be 40 hours per week and will generally consist of regular business hours but are varied, dependent on the assigned project. The Office Clerk/Receptionist shall have an office at the MARC central office. This position is classified as non-exempt. In cooperation with other clerical staff you will assure that all clerical and data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner. General office duties which include but are not limited to: Greets visitors in a friendly manner. Answers multi-line telephone system, transfers calls to correct staff, directs calls to voice mail or takes messages for staff who are out of the office.
