QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience: RN or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in psychology, sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or related human services field; minimum one year experience working with individuals with mental retardation and/or other developmental disabilities. The QIDP/Case Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of each person’s programs, various support services and training for persons with intellectual disabilities.

This position is classified as exempt. Usual work hours shall normally be 40 hours per week and will generally consist of regular business hours but are varied, dependent on the assigned project.
