Executive Associate at Permian Basin Area Foundation

Job Description

Permian Basin Area Foundation is seeking to hire an executive associate. The Executive Associate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties of the Foundation to support the members of the Foundation team. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and professional communications skills and will pay diligent attention to detail and organization of tasks.

The successful candidate will also possess high technical proficiency with personal computer and standard office software programs and the capacity to learn new programs to support new tasks and efficiencies. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree in a business related field is preferred. The successful candidate will also have general knowledge of nonprofit operation as well as experience in communicating with board members and general business administration.

The Executive Associate is a new position created due to ongoing growth of the Foundation. The successful candidate will demonstrate the potential to promote to the positions of leadership in the future. The Executive Associate will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Permian Basin Area Foundation is a community foundation established in 1989. The Foundation oversees permanent charitable funds to enrich the quality of life in West Texas communities through its grants and scholarships programs.
