Data Input Administrator (Part-time) at Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center

Job Purpose
Assist and support the development department through data entry and donor management. This includes entering exacting information about all donations into Donor Perfect, executing all thank you letters and tax documentation, reconciliation of accounts with Admin. Assistant, and maintain event and grant files as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Input all donations into Donor Perfect and execute the thank you letter and tax documentation with exact and accurate donor information
• Create and execute mailing lists/ labels and reports as needed from Donor Perfect
• Work with Administrative Assistant to reconcile financial information
• Create, organize and maintain event and grant files as needed
• Prioritize projects with the Development Director to meet the Center’s needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
• High School degree or equivalent required, college a plus

Knowledge, skills and abilities
• High level of accuracy
• Bookkeeping and accounting skills preferred
• Knowledge of data base management
• Editorial proficiency

Proficiency in the use of computers for
• Word processing
• Excel
• Database management

Personal characteristics
• Strong communication abilities
• Diligent organizational skills
• Work well with all types of individuals
• Precise attention to details
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexibility with working hours

Part-Time 6-12 Hours per Week Average
