Job Description

This person will be responsible for the coordination and management of all areas of the daily cash management of the agency. This position is also responsible for the supervision and management of the payroll and all payroll functions such as payroll reports to various agencies, payment of all payroll liabilities and the recording of payroll and payroll expenses to the General Ledger. Reviewing and processing all cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner. This position requires knowledge of cost allocations on a non for profit environment. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and financial reporting.
